We students of NED are building a fuel efficient car for Shell Eco-Marathon and need your assistance

28th December, 2010

Dear Alumni,
Students of NED UET (Final Year) have successfully completed the fabrication of a fuel efficient car which is to participate at Shell Eco Marathon 2011 in Malaysia for urban concept. In order to help us achieve participating in the Mega-event, we need someone reliable like yourself who can stand with a team representing our beloved Nation and University by funding the project.

Shell Eco Marathon is an international event that has a golden history of 25 years. The basic concept of the event is to drive young engineers to build a car with maximum fuel efficiency by using minimum amount of energy, thus striving for a greener & safer environment for the future. The event would be covered by international media around the globe with participants from all over WORLD. It is a wonderful opportunity for the Alumni to express its concern for supporting the NED’s student project. You can check further details about the event on this link;

The already put in money to the project has been managed by our team members themselves. But in order to give this project a final shape, shipping the car to Malaysia and booking air-travel tickets for the team members we need sufficient funding. Unfortunately, corporate world has not been too generous to help us in achieving our endeavours. If the Alumni accepts to help us in any way, ill be happy to send the complete project details and cost estimation.

Join hands with Team Winmark to make the Country and the University proud and help the world become a greener and a happier place to live!

Best regards,
HASAN KHAN
