The purpose of the NEDians Conventions is for the NED alumni to connect with each other and to find ways to help each other and their alma mater. For more, please read blog posts on PakAlumni and visit NED alumni associations' websites. All are easily searchable online.

ahan.......thats good......But Sir, don't you think that similliar type of events should be held here in Pak.......not a single get togather event has been arranged by the uni administration in its premises like old ravians etc do ?

Well, the US conventions are not sponsored by NED. These are organized and funded by the alumni themselves. NED alumni in Pakistan should take the initiative to do it.

    Out of School Children: ASER Pakistan Reports Substantial Increase in Enrollment

    The Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) Pakistan 2025 national report, officially released on March 26, 2026, shows that the number of "Out of School Children" (OOSC) aged 6-16 years in Pakistan is now 5 million, not 25 million generally reported.  "The findings on access are encouraging.
