Globalization or Exploitation of "Cyber Coolies" in India's IT Sweatshops?
India's IT sector business is essentially driven by low-cost call centers, first-line tech support, simple repetitive code writing, and execution of pre-defined test suites. I am a Search Consultant currently conducting a World-wide search for a Client of mine. My client and I are looking for an engineer who would be headquartered in the U.S. in Chicago, IL, but spend large amounts of time in Pakistan.
