Tell us about you:
I did my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from NEDUET in 2006. I worked as Trainee Engineer in Pakistan State Oil Company before joining NEDUET as Lecturer in July 2007. Then I came to Canada in September 2008 and started MASc from University of Waterloo with specialization in Energy Management & Sustainable Energy.

For the last eight years, I have been involved with engineering consulting companies Genivar, WSP and currently Stantec. I have provided services in Electrical distribution and control system design, power system studies, on-site commissioning support etc for Mining, Industrial and Buildings clients.

    World Bank: Pakistan is 88% Urbanized

    The World Bank researchers have recently concluded that 88 per cent live in urban areas. Their conclusion is based on satellite imagery and the Degree of Urbanization (DoU) methodology.     IMF Questions Modi's GDP Data: Is India's Economy Half the Size of the Official Claim?

    The Indian government reported faster-than-expected GDP growth of 8.2% for the September quarter.
