My son Saad Masood Farooqi is in Final Yr. Civil Engg. From NED UET Karachi. I am a normal Pakistani. My son like to study in MS (Structure ) from California State University USA. Now in these crises days in Pakistan I can not efford further studies abroad. Plz.help me in this regards. Thanks
