    The Indian government has hired Jason Miller, a former Trump aide, to lobby for India in Washington, DC for a monthly sum of $150,000 per month.     President Donald Trump has imposed 50% tariffs on India's exports to the United States. This is far higher than most countries facing US tariffs.
