SAN FRANCISCO, CA and TORONTO--(Marketwire - December 2, 2008) - Precept Productions and Hiltz Squared Media Group Inc. announced today that the two organizations have signed a distribution agreement for Precept's first film, "Streets of Karachi." "By signing distribution partners, we can now focus on continuing to build the Precept film library with new documentaries and dramas."

"The film 'Streets of Karachi' fits well with our current film catalog, and we are eager to begin setting up channels for its international distribution," added Myles Shane, Vice-President, Sales and Acquisitions, Hiltz Squared Media Group.
