Death Toll Rises to 159 as Coronavirus infects in Pakistan

Pakistan on Sunday has reported 159 deaths from novel coronavirus while the total number of cases has surged to 7993.

According to details, 3,649 patients have been tested positive for the epidemic in Punjab, 2355 in Sindh, 1137 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 376 in Balochistan, 257 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 171 in Islamabad and 48 in Azad Kashmir.

So far, 1,868 patients have recovered in the country.Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri for devising a safety plan against coronavirus during the month of Ramazan after holding consultations with Ulema.
