A woman died after she was allegedly administered a wrong injection at the Civil Hospital in Tando Allahyar on Saturday morning.
According to details, the heirs blocked traffic by placing the body of the woman on the main highway and protested against the hospital administration.
The heirs accused the Civil Hospital administration that the patient was completely healthy after giving birth, but the woman's condition deteriorated after the nurse injected her.
While due to lack of petrol in the ambulance, he could not take the patient to Hyderabad even when the patient died.
On the other hand, Additional Deputy Commissioner Abdul Hafeez Leghari reached the spot and assured the protesters of justice after which the protest was called off.
Abdul Hafeez Leghari further said that the Deputy Commissioner has taken notice of the matter and formed an inquiry committee which will submit a report in two days and legal action will be taken against those involved in the incident.
