honestly it is not very good i mean the fields u mentioned are not taught like they should be in a master's program. but then its not that bad too. visit ned's website to see the courses they offer in masters program. in Computer Systems (i.e our department) there are two fields of specialization Computer architecture and computer networks.
see for urself u are a better judge.
have a look at MCIT courses too maybe ur fields would be covered there

It will be covering CSM,IT,PP,CAO,LDST in major portion but there can be questions from OS,Electronics,DSP (like fourier, signal propertiesetc...)& Networks. I think you need not to worry how toprepare for the test if you had studied good in undergraduate(Im not referring to Scroes). There will be negative marking as well. On an average for an OK nedian clearing test is not a big deal
