I am implementing Oracle HRMS for our client, American Express Middle East & North Africa. The implementation includes deployment of HRMS for 8 different countries in the region. The whole deployment will happen in Bahrain. It includes deployment of HR, Payroll and Daily BI for HRMS.
Alhamdulillah, I find myself being the primary resource on this project, since our PM is in Dubai. I have been involved in each phase ofthe project. Business Reqs, Process Modelling, Payroll confuration, PL/SQL development, Report Generation, UAT, Liaison with the clients... everything. I am pretty much in the forefront on the technical and functional aspects of the project.
